Our focus is complete client/brand-partner/consumer satisfaction. In general circumstances, FreeStand follows a no-refund practise. However, in certain extreme, extraordinary cases/events(described in detail below), if you are displeased with the services provided, we will, partially or completely, refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after thorough investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it. It provides all the details about the service(s) you purchase/subscribe-to.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to raise concern(s) for their projects/campaigns and request a refund from us at: email@example.com.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Brand-partners/ Individuals representing Brand-partners, for cancellations please contact us via Contact Us link and/or via your dedicated Relationship Manager(s).
Only requests received earlier than 5 business days (the 5th day inclusive) prior to the start of the current service (here ‘Sampling Campaign’) period will be processed for the cancellation of service(s). However, such requests are subject to FreeStand’s sole discernment on the raised concern(s).
FreeStand respects and acknowledges the Sample Claimants' right to cancel/unsubscribe from the Service (here, Sampling Campaign). Sample Claimants have the option to ‘Unsubscribe’ from the Service, by following the respective Website/Platform/Messenger-Bot’s Unsubscription Steps.
We try our best to inform, communicate the Terms of our Service(s) to our clients/brand-partners prior to the ideation/execution of a Sampling Campaign(s). It is expected that brand-partners, as a reasonable practise, resolve their concerns in the pre-sales and/or sales period negotiations.
Any refund, partial or complete, is subject to strict investigation (as explained above). FreeStand holds the rights to the final decision on the same. However, a partial, or a complete refund may be issued, against certain extreme, extraordinary cases and/or events, including but not limited to, the termination of the Service Level Agreement (SLA), Bankruptcy of brand-partners and/or associated businesses, Act of God, or if legally required.
For any partial refund, the amount to be refunded, shall be subject to FreeStand’s sole discretion based on factors such as Payments already made to third-parties (including but not limited to, Vendors, Logistics Partners) and/or others.
In case(s) of such refunds, payment, if paid by credit card, will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of agreement (SLA) and in case of payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account.
